If Page Properties macro is inside the Scroll Ignore macro, page is not visible in Page Properties Report macro

Issue Summary

In the old editor, pages using the page properties macro are not visible in page properties report macro if the page properties macro is wrapped inside the Scroll Ignore macro.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Scroll Exporter Extensions in your Confluence instance so we can use the Scroll Ignore macro.
2. Create a page (using the Global Legacy Template under Templates) with Page Properties Report macro. Set the label to be filtered as sync. This is where the page properties report will be shown. Publish this page.
3. Create another page (using the Global Legacy Template under Templates) with Scroll Ignore macro. 
4. Inside the Scroll Ignore macro, insert the Page Properties macro.
5. Create a two-column table inside the Page Properties macro.
6. In the left column list your 'properties' – these will be the column headings in your report table.
7. In the right column list the value for each property – these will populate the rows in your report table
8. Publish the page.
9. Add a label to the page. In this example, we set it to sync.

Expected Results

The page with the Page Properties macro should be visible in the page with the Page Properties Report macro.

Actual Results

If the Page Properties macro is wrapped inside the Scroll Ignore macro, the page is not visible in the Page Properties Report macro.

Workaround

Currently, the workaround is to not use the Page Properties macro inside the Scroll Ignore macro. 

This is not possible to reproduce in the new editor because we cannot insert a Page Propertie*s macro inside the *Scroll Ignore macro.
