Issue Summary

During a Space import to Confluence Cloud, in case a user is imported without having an AAID specified, and this user has individual permissions granted on the Space, the Space won't work properly. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import a Space to Cloud, that contains a user in this scenario.

Expected Results

The import should work as expected. 

Actual Results

Even though the Space is imported, it doesn't work as expected.

• Clicking on the pages in the page tree will result in a We can't find the page or We've hit a snag error.
• It is not possible to perform changes on the Space permissions. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
