Issue Summary

When editing a legacy page that contains elements unsupported by the new editor, the following message appears;

Some page elements aren't supported in the new editor

If you don't want to convert to the new editor, there should be some way to dismiss the warning permanently.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page using the legacy editor template.
2. Add a macro that we removed from the new editor or nested macros.
3. A message at the bottom should appear, Some page elements aren't supported...

Expected Results

There should be an ability to dismiss the message.

Actual Results

Every time someone edits the page, a message appears warning about the unsupported page elements.

Workaround

There's no workaround for teams who need to use those discontinued macros.
