Summary

Currently, there is no way for Admin to get information about JSM usage on confluence.

Admin would like to get the following information on confluence:

• what are the search patterns?
• Deep dive in search results, which articles were accessed through search vs browse vs through ticket (from JSM)/direct link
• article rating results (thumbs up/down) report
• article views (solved through analytics)
