Add the ability to create an anchor link while creating issues from the Confluence page.

      Currently, when we create an issue from the confluence page, the page will be linked to the issue created. Users have to manually search for the issue on the Confluence page.

      Suggestion:

      It would be nice to include an ability to use an anchor link to link the Confluence page to the Jira issue.
