Issue Summary

As a Confluence Cloud customer I'd like to be able to highlight text and create an inline comment in Confluence. In cases where content on a page isn't unique I get an error which prevents me from creating an inline comment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add multiple instances of the same text to a page
2. Highlight one instance of that text and try to create an inline comment

Expected Results

Inline comment is created on the highlighted text

Actual Results

Receive an error message and I'm not able to create an inline comment

...

Workaround

Only highlight and create an inline comment on distinct or unique text on a page
