Issue Summary

*When the attachment is added to one of the pages in the page tree and the attachment preview link is shared with users via email in the cloud site, it directs to page where the attachment is added and not does not open the attachment.
However, when the attachment is added to space overview page in-spite of the same URL it does open the attachment when clicked on the shared link.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page under Overview page and add an attachment.
2. Add the same attachment on the Overview page as well.
3. Share the preview link from page and overview page via email
4. click on the shared link to open the file preview

Expected Results

File preview should be opened in both the cases 

Actual Results

Overview page is opening the attachment
But page under page tree is not opening the attachment, it takes to page where the attachment is added

Workaround

Currently, the workaround is to add the attachment macro on the overview page and share the preview links via overview page
