Issue Summary

Unable to select Fix version from the Fix version(s) field when creating change log(Jira reports template)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Confluence page
2. From the right side(under templates) search for Jira report and select it
3. Select "Change log" as the report type, click Next.
4. try to type in the Fix version(s) field

Expected Results

You should be able to type in some value in the Fix version(s) field

Actual Results

Fix version(s) field is disabled and cannot enter input

Workaround

Use the Switch to advance link and enter a JQL, or a saved filter
