Issue Summary

When opening the link to a resolved comment, if you try to scroll up or down the list of comments, it will jump back to the link location.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add some inline comments to a page on Confluence (~10)
2. Resolve them
3. Access more actions (...) > Resolved Comments.
4. Copy the link from a resolved comment and paste it on the URL.
5. Try to scroll down/up.

Expected Results

Users should be able to scroll down and up without any problem.

Actual Results

The scroll location always go back to the position of the comment from the link.

Workaround

Users can access the list of resolved comments by accessing more actions > Resolved Comments instead of opening the link.
