Issue Summary

When creating a Service Project space in Confluence, we need to choose a Jira project to link to the space. If the instance has only one application link, the option to choose a project does not appear and it is not possible to create the space.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure your Confluence instance has only one Application Link to Jira
2. Access Spaces on the top bar.
3. Click on Create Space and select the Software Project Space blueprint.
4. Try to create the space.

Expected Results

There should be an option to choose a Jira project while creating the space.

Actual Results

There's no option to choose a Jira project, so nothing happens when clicking on the Create button.

Workaround

The admin can create another application link to the same Jira instance. It won't get successfully created because there's already a link to that site. After that, the dropdown to select a project will show up.
