Issue Summary
Currently disabling the Slack app on an instance does not remove it completely from the Confluence UI, it keeps being displayed among the share options.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Settings > Manage add-ons.
- Select System from the drop-down.
- Select Slack Notifications from the displayed apps and click Configure.
- Turn off the toggle to disable the app.
Expected Results
once it is disabled, anything related to it should be removed and not displayed at Confluence UI.
Actual Results
Even if it is disabled, slack keep being displayed among the share page options without working, after clicking on it a different message is displayed:

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
