Not adding a label to the Page Properties Report macro will allow it to be added to the page

Issue Summary

When using the Page Properties Report macro (with the new macro configuration view) to retrieve data from the Page Properties, the "Label" field is mandatory. However, if the user does not add a label to the field, the macro will still be able to be added to the page and retrieve content from other pages with the Page Properties Report macro within the space.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page and edit it.
2. Add the Page Properties Report macro.
3. Do not add any labels into the "Labels" field.
   
4. Publish the page

Expected Results

Similar to how the old view of the macro works, the macro should not be able to be added to the page until the mandatory field is filled.

Actual Results

The macro is added to the page. As an additional note, all pages with the Page Properties macro within the same space will automatically have their content added to the macro without the label.

Workaround

Besides editing the page to re-add the label, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
