Issue Summary

Anchor links do not show properly on the PDF file after exporting a page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Add a link to another Confluence page with an anchor
3. Publish the page
4. Click on the ... > Export > Export to PDF

Expected Results

The link should keep the same appearance as it has on the published page

Actual Results

The link appears as the complete URL on the PDF FILE, it does not maintain the same appearance as it has on the Confluence page 

Workaround

Currently, the only known workaround for this behavior is adding text to the page, highlighting it, pressing the Link button from the editor's toolbar, then pasting the URL there to make this text a shortcut for the link.
