Page content is not updated when creating Jira issue via highlighted text menu popup

Issue Summary

When trying to create a Jira issue via highlighted text menu popup (inline comment), Jira issue is created but page is not updated with details of this Jira issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Confluence page
2. Add some text to the page and publish
3. Use inline comment feature to create a new Jira issue

Expected Results

• Jira issue is created
• Confluence page is updated with details of this Jira issue (Jira issue macro is added to the page)

Actual Results

• Jira issue is created
• Confluence page is NOT updated with details of this Jira issue

The below exception is thrown in the console log:

Request Method: POST
Status Code: 409 

Workaround

If you try to create another Jira issue on the same page - it works as expected: Jira issue is created AND it is added to the Confluence page as well
