Issue Summary

When a user's account preferences are set to Deutsch, the date element in the legacy editor shows as "Y" instead of the year. 
 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change your language preference to Deutsch: refer to Manage your language preferences.
2. Navigate to your Confluence site, reload the page to make sure the site is now in German.
3. Edit a page on the legacy editor.
4. Insert the date macro: Type // and select a date.

Workaround

Currently, there is no workaround for this behavior in the legacy editor.
 

• Note that on the published page, you see the expected date (21.05.2021).
• When you edit the page after publishing, you also see the expected date (21.05.2021).
