Issue Summary

• When we add a new variable in the standard template its not visible during the page creation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a standard template under space settings-> content tools -> template
2. Add some text and add a new variable using new variable <> macro.
3. Save the changes and promote the template
4. Create a new page using that template

Expected Results

Variable should be visible on the page
 

Actual Results

Variavle is missing from the template while page creation but the text is visible

Workaround

Copy the standard template to a custom one and add variable to it.
