Issue Summary

Text file or .msg file attachments can't be downloaded while image/video can from page view mode by right clicking on it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add text file or .msg file to a page
2. Publish the page.
3. Right click on the file and try to save with Save as option.
4. Observe that it results in prompt to save the page as opposed to the file.

Expected Results

The file attachment should have been saved similar to that for image/video attachments.

Actual Results

With right click on the txt or msg attachments, choosing the Save as option, prompts to save the page instead.

Workaround

Attachments can be downloaded from the attachment list or from attachment preview mode.
