Disable Likes for Comments is not working

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Confluence Admin.
2. Click further Further Configuration.
3. Disable Likes. (It states: Enabling this will allow users to like pages, blogs, comments, and other content.)

Expected Results

It should remove the like button for comments as well.

Actual Results

It does not remove the like button for comments on the page.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
