Users cannot archive spaces if they don't have access to the overview page

      Issue Summary

      If a user doesn't have access to the Overview page (restricted), they will not be able to archive the space when going to Space Settings > Archive space.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a space.
      2. Restrict the Overview page so that only you can see it.
      3. With a different user, go to Space Settings > Archive space (make sure you have permission to do so)
      4. Click on the Archive space button.

      Expected Results

      The space should be archived.

      Actual Results

      You will get a message saying the space was successfully archived, but it actually wasn't. By accessing the Space Details, the status of the space still appears as Current.

      Workaround

      It is possible to archive the space through the Space Details section:

      1. Click Edit Space Details link.
      2. Change the Status  field from “Current” to “Archived.”
      3. Hit Save.

      For Premium and Enterprise customers, use Admin Key to have full access to content (including the Overview page) and go to Space Settings > Archive space. That should allow you to archive/restore the space.
