Issue Summary

• Team Calendars doesn't respect start of week settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page and add calendar macro
2. Note the start of the day ( as per the language settings)
3. Now open Calendars tab in the left pane for a space
4. The start day is always sunday

Expected Results

The start date should be same in the Calendars tab and the calendar macro on the page

Actual Results

If you browse to the Calendar section of a Space using the Calendar option in the Space menu on the left hand side, it will not respect the global setting or even the users locale. It seems to always start the week with Sunday.
