Issue Summary

When you press enter or tab at the page title, instead of moving to the next line the cursor goes to the last part of the page that you clicked.

so for example, if you are editing the bottom of the page then go to the page title. and click on it and press enter it will go back to the bottom of the page instead of creating a new line below the page title.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select some text towards the bottom of the document

1. Click the Page Title to move the selection there

1. Press Tab or Enter to move selection back to the document

Expected Results

The selection moves to the start of the document

Actual Results

The selection moves back to the last selection created

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
