Issue Summary

When adding an anchor to the overview page, nothing happens when you click on the link.

It's working fine on the other pages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the overview page of a space and edit it.
2. Add an anchor to the page and name it. (e.g. anchor).
3. Select the link tool.
4. Enter the name of the macro prefaced by a # symbol. (e.g. #anchor)
5. Publish the page.
6. Click on the link.

Expected Results

The user should be taken to the part of the page where the anchor macro was placed.

Actual Results

Nothing happens when clicking on the link.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
