Issue Summary

Currently when in phase 4 we see error on graphql

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch the primary source flag to phase 4
2. Load the comments (footer or inline) form UI

Expected Results

Comments should render just fine

Actual Results

Error from cc-graphql

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
