Issue Summary

There is a default limit of 250 inline comments that the backend returns.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a page and add more than 250 inline comments (it could be 251, for example);
2. Click on any of the comments you added.

Expected Results

It shows the comment you added as "171 of 251" comments.

Actual Results

It only shows "171 of 250" in the UI.

Notes

• The inline comments are created in the backend;
• It happens on either published or draft pages.
• Ideally there should be a message which should inform the user that you have reached this limit.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
