      Issue Summary

There are two ways to trigger the insertion of a macro in a page;- (a) using the + menu and (b) using the slash menu. The two methods lead to slightly different experiences relating to the configuration of the macro.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Insert a macro in a page using the + menu.
      2. Observe if the macro editor is displayed.
      3. Insert a macro in a page using the / menu.
      4. Observe if the macro editor is displayed.

      Expected Results

The observations at steps 2 and 4 are identical.

      Actual Results

The observations at steps 2 and 4 are different. The macro editor is automatically displayed at step 2, but not step 4. At step 4, the user must manually click the pencil icon to display the macro editor. Aside from the inconsistency in user experience, some macros may not make any sense without valid configuration and in many cases there is no sensible default configuration.
