When using the Analytics app to view insights on the site, it is possible to review the search terms used by users to get insights on what is being searched within Confluence. However, there is no option to export such data.

Suggestion

Aligned with the Spaces and Users options, this is a suggestion to allow the search terms analytics to be exported as well.

Workaround

As a workaround, the user can manually copy and paste the results in a CSV or spreadsheet.

Alternatively, selecting all the search results with the mouse => right clicking the selection => clicking on PRINT, will enable the browser to offer the user the ability to print to PDF the whole text selection.
