Ability to change images alignment inside bullet/numbered lists

      Issue Summary
      When we add an image inside a bullet or numbered list, it is not possible to change the image position.
      The floating toolbar for image settings doesn't load the alignment options.

      Suggestion
      It would be nice to allow customers to customize this alignment on those lists, like we have inside the page.
