Export to PDF issue : GIF images are being read as SVG images while exporting to pdf

Issue Summary

GIF images are being read as SVG images while exporting to pdf, which eventually throwing an exception that fails PDF export of a particular space.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with TinyMce
2. Add a Gif to the page.
3. pubish and export it into PDF

Expected Results

It should export in PDF with no issues

Actual Results

It failed to export.

Workaround

In tiny editor manually resize the image and then export to pdf. This export will be successful.
