Setting First Day of Week in TC does not reflect on modern UI

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Calendar Settings. {/wiki/admin/calendar/globalsettings.action}
2. select first day of week to anything like Tuesday.

Expected Results

UI should display Tuesday as first day of week.

Actual Results

Still displays Sunday as first day of week.

Workaround

No workaround.
