Description
Issue Summary
We have recently released Public Links for Confluence Cloud, which gives you the ability to generate a view-only link of a page, to be shared with unlicensed users. However, it is not possible to use Public Links in case Anonymous access is enabled on the Instance. In this regard, if Public Links is enabled, Anon permission won't be visible on the Global Permissions.
However, on the new Global Permissions UX (currently being rolled out on Cloud Instances), Anon permission won't be visible on the Global Permissions, even if Public Links is disabled.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure the Instance you are testing have Public Links available, and the new Global Permissions UX is also enabled.
- Access the Public Links menu, and make sure it is not enabled (/wiki/admin/public-links).
- Access the Global Permissions menu (/wiki/admin/permissions/global)
Expected Results
Anonymous access tab should be available, as Public Links is disabled.
Actual Results
Anonymous access tab is not available.
Workaround
You can access the old Global Permissions menu to manage Anon access (/wiki/admin/permissions/globalpermissions.action)
