Issue Summary

When you insert PDF Macro and fill in the fields in the form if you have entered the name of the page the PDF macro won't show a preview and won't add the PDF to the page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create page
2. Add PDF Macro
3. Type in the name of the page and choose the file from the dropdown
4. Click Preview 
5. Click Save

Expected Results

The preview shows you the first page of the document. Once you hit Save the content of the PDF should be added to the page

Actual Results

Preview does not work, save does not close the macro pop-up and does not add PDF content to the page.

Workaround

Add document to current page, instead of referencing from the other page
