When copying a page provide an option to also copy comments

      Add an option to copy comments when copying one or more pages.

       

      Request from the discussion in CONFCLOUD-2814.

      ...it doesn't include an option to Copy Comments as Copy Page Tree [marketplace app] does.  That is OK if I am copying a template default page structure into a new Space, but not helpful at all if copying the contents of a used Space into another location.
