Files & images functionality is now only allowing users to upload files from their machine, and no other option

Issue Summary

The Files & Images on the new editor is no longer allowing users to select different ways of uploading a file, or letting them chose files that were previously added to Confluence. As soon as the user clicks on the icon (or insert a /files macro) a pop-up appears prompting the user to upload a file directly from their machine, not providing any other options.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access/Create a page and click on Files & Images icon (or Type /files)

Expected Results

• User should be able to choose from other files embedded into the page, select other options to upload files and choose to upload files from their machine.

Actual Results

• As soon as you click the Files icon, a pop-up appears immediately prompting you to select a file from your local machine, not allowing you to select any other options. I recorded a quick GIF of this behavior in action:

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
