System Error while trying to change space permissions

Issue Summary

i am currently trying to work out the issue with these permission page for the space listed in this ticket - https://hello.atlassian.net/browse/ADM-333626 space key = MBR. I have tested with the admin key and i am receiving the same error as listed in the ticket.

The screen shot is what i recieve when clicking on the edit permissions button inside of the permission setting page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the edit permissions button inside of the permission setting page

Expected Results

I should have access to permission settings.

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:
