Issue Summary

Clicking to view an inline comment low on a page takes me up to an inline comment at the top of the page. I'm unable to interact with the inline comments lower on the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a page with multiple inline comments
2. Click through the inline comments down the page

This seems to be additional context:

• Inline comments are in a table.
• The page has multiple inline comments
• The page has multiple inline comments on different occurrences of identical text.
• Example of page in which I encounter this: https://hello.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CMT/pages/947653022/Theme+and+app+hubs+per+product
• I try to click on the comment "Migrate your Atlassian server to cloud" in the cell next to "Administer Jira Cloud products" and get taken up to the similar inline comment in the cell next to "Confluence Cloud." That continues as you go down the page.

Expected Results

When I click an inline comment, it will open the comment I'm clicking on.

Actual Results

Occasionally, an inline comment higher on the page will open and I'm unable to see the comment I'm trying to see.

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
