Description
Issue Summary
Jira link is shown on all pages though it's not linked to the Jira issue
When you link a confluence page on the Jira issue, on the Confluence end, it shows on all the pages however Jira linked to only on-page.
Steps to Reproduce
- On Jira, select a project and create an issue.
- Click on the linked page and you will see the Jira issue linked on (top of the page next to the title)
- Navigate to all pages one by one, you see that same is being reflected on all the pages.
Another way to reproduce the issue
- Add a Jira issue link on a Confluence page.
- After a second or two you will see that the Jira issue link is been displayed on all the pages in space.
Expected Results
It should show the Jira link on only one confluence page where the Jira issue is linked.
Actual Results
- Jira issue shows on all the pages, however, the issue is not linked.
- Sometimes it shows zero links with the below error on all pages
Jira links cannot be displayed. Either you do not have correct Jira permissions or the links have been removed.
Notes:
- No permissions issue observed here due to which the link is displayed on all the pages on the space.
- Refresh app link does not help to fix the issue.
- Content indexing post removing all the Confluence pages linked to the Jira issue did not help.
- Jira macro repair did not help too.
- Could reproduce this issue in two instances hence creating this bug,
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
