Issue Summary
Google sheets macro causes the scroll position to the jump to the top once it's rendered.
Steps to Reproduce

- step 1 - Create or Go-to a page that has a Google Sheet macro. (Current editor use the Embedded Smart Link Google Sheets)
- step 2 - When the page is loading or right after a page transition, scroll down.
- step 3 - Watch as the page will jump to the top...
Expected Results
The Google Sheets macro should not influence the outcome of scroll position.
Google Docs and Google Slides macro does not exhibit the same issue.
Actual Results
The Google Sheets macro unexpectedly causes the view-page to jump to the top of the page.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
