Currently, when we mention a team it lists out the users part of the team on the page. However, if there is any modification done on the team.
For example: removed the user or added the user to the team it is not automatically updated on the already mentioned teams on the pages.

It would be great to bring this feature of automatically updating the team information on the mentioned pages rather adding it manually every time an update is made.
