Table headings are not centralised in pdf export

Issue Summary

Headings are not in center when we insert a table in layouts and add heading on the table and place it in centre on top of the table.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 Create a page insert section layout, insert a table, add a heading and centralise it.
   
2. Step 2 Export the page in pdf.

Expected Results

Page should be exported as same as it looks in page view mode.

Actual Results

Table headings are not centralised in pdf export

Workaround

Remove the section layout, or put the table outside of the layout.
