Ability to configure title field in the image for new editor

      Issue Summary

      In the new editor, there is no option to configure the title field. So you cannot see the title or metadata of the image when you hover the mouse over the image.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Create a Confluence page using the new editor.
      Add an image
      There is no option to add the title field.
