Issue Summary

When a linkable heading is placed inside of an expand macro, its link won't work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a page, add some paragraphs of text in order to fill more than a page
2. Add an expand macro at the bottom and insert any heading text inside of it
3. Publish the page and copy the link for that heading
4. Open the link on another tab

Expected Results

The page should scroll down to the expand/ heading.

Actual Results

The page opens but doesn't scroll down.

Workaround

Currently, the only workaround is to move the heading to outside of the expand macro.
