Issue Summary

While editing a page and getting to the bottom of that, sometimes we fall under a secret bottom of the page that makes the toolbar to disappear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a 15 paragraph Lorem Ipsum text;
2. Paste it into a new Confluence page;
3. Scroll until the bottom of the page;
4. Now, either:
   • With the mouse scroller wheel, go down again;
   • Press Command + Down Arrow (on Mac).

Expected Results

Nothing happens - you are already at the bottom of the page.

Actual Results

You go a bit more down, which causes the toolbar to disappear.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
Though, you can just press Command + Up Arrow (on Mac), or scroll up on the screen to get the toolbar again.
