Ability to configure which notification will be send to Watchers

    Description

      Problem

      Currently, watchers receive an email when pages are updated.

      Suggestion

      It would be a great feature if we could configure that, choosing to notify or not the watchers on specific actions, for example, not notify the watchers when a comment is deleted on a page. Or to just notify watcher in the app.
