Add the ability for apps to specify categories for blueprints

When an app declares a blueprint module, the user sees them listed under the category "Marketplace": 

From a user experience point of view, it would be better if the blueprints were listed under more relevant categories. This feature request is to add support for apps to specify the most applicable category that their blueprint applies to.
