      Issue Summary

On the fabric editor, using the option to make the quotes bold at the beginning of the text and also removing the bold option from the quotes at the end, works normally when using a MacOS, however, the same is not working as expected when using a Windows SO, making not possible to make the quotes at the start of the text bold, nor remove the bold from the quotes at the end of the same.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Make sure to have access to a Window SO machine and the browser up to date.
      2. Create a new page
      3. Type a quote character, "
      4. Click the bold icon B to change to bold font
      5. Type "hello". Your screen should look like this: "hello
      6. Click the bold icon B to change to normal font.
      7. Type the closing quote character ". Your screen should look like this: "
hello", but actually looks like this: "hello" (note that the closing
quote is bold, not plain text).
      1. On an empty line, click the bold icon B to change to bold font.
      2. Type a quote character "

      Expected Results

The quotes at the beginning are bold and the bold option is not applied to the quote after it is removed.

      Actual Results

The quote character will not be bold, and the bold icon B will be
deactivated even though you didn't click it.

      Workaround

Select the quote manually and add/remove the bold.
