Issue Summary

The Emoticons used in the legacy editor pages are oversized randomly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a page with Legacy editor.
2. Add certain emoticons on the page.

Expected Results

The Emoticons should be reflected fine with the exact size.

Actual Results

In the Edit mode, the Emoticons are oversized and upon publishing the page randomly certain emoticons are oversized.

Workaround

As a workaround, after the user publish the page, the emoticons goes back to the original size. Additionally, you can convert the page to the new editor version or in case if the page cannot be converted to the new editor versions, Manually remove and add the emoticons on the page.
