Issue Summary

Apps may specify attachment input parameters for dynamic content macros as per https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/modules/macro-input-parameter/. This results in a field when the macro is in edit mode, however, the field is not populates with attachments.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a dynamic content macro with an attachment input parameter.
2. Add an attachment to a page.
3. Add the dynamic content macro to the page.
4. Open the dynamic content macro in edit mode.

Expected Results

At step 4, the attachment input parameter shows the attachment.

Actual Results

At step 4, the attachment input parameter does not show the attachment
