List Spaces with macro specified category

This is a feature that I've seen 5+ year old discussions about. When using the Spaces List macro and choosing scope of spaces to be category, the result is a list where the user than has a drop-down choice box to select a category to display. In many cases this is not what you would actually want.

I would like a version of this macro that allows me to define the category inside the macro creation, so that the result is a list of spaces in a set category.

E.g.

On a page I can have this macro list all spaces in the team-projects category, another instance might list all spaces in the Employee-manuals category, etc.
