Issue Summary
If you, as a space-admin, do not have access to one of the pages that are restricted in a space, you used to be able to browse the list of restricted pages and manage those from there. However, if you do not have VIEW permissions in those pages, you can't see them even in the Restricted Pages list.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page in space where you have Administrator permissions
- Add restrictions to that page, so that it is restricted to you and another user/group that you are not a part of
- Go to the Restricted Pages list under Space Settings > Permissions > Restricted Pages
- Remove the padlocks that are specific tied to your user, or the spaces you're a member of.
Expected Results
You should keep seeing the page listed in there, and you could lift the other restrictions to have access to it again.
Actual Results
The page is hidden from you and you can't remove its restrictions.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
