Issue Summary

When using the Filter Results macro and accessing Fields to Display, it is not possible to add a text custom field to the list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Text custom field on JIRA, selecting the Number one;
2. Still on JIRA, create a filter from a project that you added the previously created custom field;
3. Go to Confluence and create a new page;
4. Call the widget with /filter;
5. Chose the filter you just created;
6. On the add fields drop-down list, find the text custom field you created and try to add it;

Expected Results

The text field should be added to the list of fields to display.

Actual Results

The field never shows up in the list after pressing Add

Workaround

Users may use the Jira issue macro to display the field.
